The reason this crowd is not animated is because it is a massive arena show and it will be filled with loads of middle age middle class people for whom foo fighters is their only foray into rock music. Nate is awesome on the bass! I'm sure he didn't take the "simple bass riff" in the middle because that was Lemmy's solo. As a musician, alot of times it is in poor style to cop someone else's riff to a T.

I went to a foo show a month or two ago in santa monica and lemmy came on stage and him and dave sang a duet then serj tankian was there and the band were having like little drumoff's and guitar offs between each other and dave did like 6 encore songs lmao
