That's the little guy's imitation of Hiro. It's called acting! Hiro has an accent. He's trying to sound like Hiro.
Even the guy who plays Hiro uses a fake Japanese accent. So does the actor playing Ando (who is not even Japanese at all). Suresh doesn't really sound like that, either, he has to crank up a Hindi accent. Not racist, just acting like someone else.
How could anyone not think this is wonderful; two little people who like our favorite show! Good job, guys!
