  • Hey great video...what brand peel did u use when you sliced your pie? I need one like that.

  • @2005steelers the peel is located on our website (fgpizza.com) under the peel section.

  • That's one beautiful pie! Good job!

Now if I could just convince my wife that a pizza oven would be a great backyard fixture...

  • you can do it! I know you can ;)

  • Fantastic oven and it was an inspiration for my own. Check it out at English wood burning oven.

  • I like the slot that you drag all the ashes into - would like to see some more detail on how that works - do you have a tin can or something under the slot to hold the ashes?

  • We built a chamber with Block that can be cleaned out at the bottom of the front of the oven. Kind of like older homes with chimeneys, there's a trap outside at the bottom.

  • @Hamish121212 Do you think I can run a gas line into it, and use the gas log inserts to maintain temperature, in adition to burning wood. I would appreciate your opinion. Thanks

  • I am building one of these at this minute. I am at the point of merging the chimney with the dome. Wish me luck.

  • Good Luck!!

  • Since I wrote this I have completed my oven and made both bread and pizza in it. They are both to die for. I have a french bread that is so good my daughter thinks it is the best bread she has ever tasted. Lots of fun.

  • awesome dude. I've convinced myself to build one. Just have to figure out how. I saw some clay pizza oven video looked easy

  • Love the music.

By far the best pizza I've ever tasted. (Frankie didn't pay me to say that either...)

  • agreed.

  • Bravo ! Complimenti !

  • A real pizza!

  • Cool video. I am totally inspired. I have a friend and I that are going to attempt one in our backyards. Love the music to. CS

  • what is the name of this song. it rules!!

  • Tic Ti, Tic Ta - Claudio Villa

Thanks for the comment. Frankie G

  • its burned XD lol

but wat a nice oven and pizza jus put fire on both sides then try it that way :D 5/5

  • permettimi un piccolo consiglio... la mozzarella sulla piza mettila quando manca qualche minuto

a fine cottura, altrimenti quoce troppo e perde tutta la fragranza.( fai una prova)

    comunque bravo

    w la pizza

    un salutone dall'italia

  • that looks amazing!

  • Care to share your recipe for the dough and sauce? Do you ease high gluten flour or caputo "00"?

  • So far... Pentleton High0gluten flour. 10% biga, 48 hour cold rise, no oil or sugar....

  • oh my ... now thats real pizza! do you deliver?

  • This guy fucking rocks!!

  • Bravo Frankie !! hai fatto un bel forno e anche una bella pizza !!!

  • YUMMY!!! =)

  • Great companion to your wood oven website. Recommend putting this video/a link there. We just finished our pizza oven - inspired in part by your site. Thanks! Ciao!

  • great pizza :)

  • kitehillpicsllc:

Did you get my replies? I replied to both but do not see my replys...

  • Hey Frankie - where did you get that nice flat rake/hoe (not the oven brush)? We've been using a garden hoe, but it's short and too tall.

  • This is so great! We just finished our oven to the point where we can finally cook in it (after only 6 years). I just posted a slideshow of the oven as it was built. It's so much fun and worth all the work. I love your video!

  • Great music! Title of the album and artist? Thanks

  • My friend sings this song... and my mother remembers her father singing it as well... the recording comes from the Big Night soundtrack...

Tic Ti, Tic Ta - Claudio Villa

Thanks for the comment. Frankie G
