  • The plastic switches are for what we call the "quiz bowl", you can think of it like Jeopardy or something. Technical Sergeant is above Staff Sergeant and below Master Sergeant. Tech. Sergeants often are Element Leaders or Flight Sergeants. We fold the National Colors the way we do because of tradition, it is now the "correct" way to do it.

  • you stand to attention weirdly! what where those clear plastic switchs? Your Drill moves are also strange? Its not in this vid but what does the rank of TSgt mean? Also you do strange flag/banner/ensign drill - why do you fold it up? Im saying this because im a British Air Cadet in the ATC (Air Trainig Corps)!
