@TheBostonfan213 I'd recommend utilizing Shadow Boxing until you can grab a punchbag (then remove shadown boxing from the rest of the workout). I've known a few folks who have tried making their own punchbag to improvise, but anything not designed to be hit filled with stuff which is hard to clean, that's not boxing it's vacuuming.
Terrific job, Russ. You're correct: bodyweight squats take more out of a person than they would initially think. I like bodyweight squats because they combine strength training with cardio in one exercise.
