I am one of those dreaded Yanks the Brits seem to hate so much these days. Still, I am a major Anglophile and have lived in Britain briefly (Arundel). I am almost afraid to visit England now because the English government seems hellbent on destroying tradition England. It is almost as if they would prefer to become just another faceless EU state where everything is bland and p.c. This destruction of English pubs is horrible. It's happening in Ireland too. Get it together Britain!
