@SpinneyBigBird1095 Well now that you mention it the pupeteer kinda does look like Noel MacNeal, but his voice does sound Rod-ish so maybe it's John Tartaglia, idk

@mandaroxsox Joey was the Cowboy With a Drawl and Matt is the red Yip-Yip martian, Eric is the Blue, Kevin Clash and Pam Arciero are puppeteering the Count to Jerry Nelson's soundtrack and I can see Peter Linz in the background

I knew that they did those scenes with roler boards so that the puppetteers can move around the set (see yip yips @ 0:25 to end) Amazing how they do things.
