  • @TheVictoriagray Hi Victoria - Thanks it is easy to use, I find it good to do daily. I meditate as well and find I have calmer meditations when I tap first which is a bonus. Mindfulness meditation gives me a different skill set for helping me not to get stressed in the first place, SET helps me ease off on stress I've picked up or generated. Steve and I hope to run some joint workshops soon using both mindfulness meditation, SET and other tips to help gain relief from anxiety - should be great!

  • @amycecillau Good on you Amy, when I first tried it I was very cynical but it certainly works for me.
