@princeseilze Because you can only do this from an Admin account so you may aswell just not bother unless you press F8 on the boot screen when you first turn your computer on and then go into safe mode. You then click the 'ADMINISTRATOR' account (which was made by the computer) and then do this from there. The CMD is pointless too you can change the password normally

It will not work unless you run the cmd as "administrator" then it allows your to change the password. If you do not run as administrator it will keep saying "Access Denied". This video isnt helpful unless you know the administrators password..
