I agree there is nothing wrong with being Elite, that's what this country was founded on in ways, to achieve the American Dream to be come sucessful with out having a big goverment tax every dollar you have.

That being said, HR 3200 is a tool that will tax both the Rich and Middle class more then either could sustain in this close to recession like economy.
