radio caroline test transmitions and start up 1983

Radio Caroline already existed in the 70s. Have they been off-air, was this a re-start, in 1983?

my brother and me listened to Radio Caroline secretly, the transistor radio at our ears on the pillow in bed in the evening. Great memories, enjoyed it so much! The L.A. jingles and music inspired me a lot, and so did the album. The results are still existent in my life, basically everyday.

great build up - needed to have Andy Archer on first
