You know I don't agree with the way Betty handled it, but you can understand where she is coming from. So many women give up their dreams by holding down jobs, putting their husbands through school. And once they finaly make it big. The husband trades in the wife for a younger woman and the younger woman ripes the benefits of the big house, the status, etc.. and its just not right. You hear of this sort of thing happening a lot. Just toss out the wife out like she is yesterdays news.
I would never do what this woman had done, but I understand her. When you're betrayed and angry, you don't think right. You can easily become out of control. In my opinion, they should have gotten some counseling. Sorry for both of them. and yea, he should have waited and not rushing into a new relationship, made it worse
@xterranissan2000 - I agree. She'd spent all those years devoted to him and making him a home while caring for their children and he just jilted her for another woman. Granted, they both had issues and she went WAY overboard but I also understand why she became so angry in the beginning. However, I'd probably just flip him off and move on, find a new man.

What if Dan didn't act like it was Betty who was crazy? What if Dan treated Betty with the dignity she deserved?
