To avoid injuries and worse, there are rules on what's legal and what's illegal. @pillowhands37 sorry to see you don't understand hockey, but teams try to wear each other out physically and emotionally by hitting hard/fighting/etc to weaken each other's abilities. To avoid injuries and worse, there are rules on what's legal and what's illegal. Now if the bruins were called for half of their thuggish and dirty plays (things that would normally be called), they wouldn't be able to continue to abuse canucks physically and emotionally and the outcome would have been different.
