  • been following all of nicoles videos for nearly three weeks.. i'm already seeing results.. along with better diet i'm getting fitter stronger and believe it or not getting a little 4 pack.... (6 pack may take a little longer)

  • I have arthritis moving in the morning is sometimes kinda achie and slow. I did this to help with circulation =) feeling good......and off to work. thanks

  • This is an excellent stretching routine to do at your desk. It's very hard to find time to exercise and this is a great start for me.

  • These types of stretches are very importent to me because I have fibromyalgia and osteo-arthritis and I can do these types of stretches easily without fear of making things worse for me. Great Video!
