Maybe i misunderstood your comment. What i thought you were saying is that this is possible with a few days of practicing no matter who you are, or whether you've drummed before or not. If i was to practice this for a few days solid i'd be able to do it as well, but i've been drumming for a while, as opposed to someone who has never touched a drumkit, who wouldn't be able to do this at these speeds while maintaining rhythm and composure.

@Blacklorigine There are no shortcuts...either you are talented or not....it's hard to explain really, some drummers never get fast no matter what they do, it also depends on the type of muscle that you have, strong explosive muscles get you nowhere...compare it to sprinters/longdistance runners, if you have the best of both worlds you'll get fast and you can do it for longer periods of time, if not...no amount of practice is going to help you

@Blacklorigine There are no shortcuts...either you are talented or not....it's hard to explain really, some drummers never get fast no matter what they do, it also depends on the type of muscle that you have, strong explosive muscles get you nowhere...compare it to sprinters/longdistance runners, if you have the best of both worlds you'll get fast and you can do it for longer periods of time, if not...no amount of practice is going to help you

ithyphallic was one of their worst CD's, in my opinion. Nile is done. Personally, I think they need to stop writing music. They're recycling the same shit over and over and it's really getting boring to me. No, I don't think Nile should stop playing, but stop releasing CD's. Many American bands tour Europe, just as many European bands tour here, but of course because all your favorite bands are American, we have the best music.
