one of their best songs, for those who say this is the best Coldplay, i dont see how you can say that.... every album is so good, unique in it's own way. I feel Coldplay changed their albums up because of the saying too much of a good thing is bad.... i agree their new stuff is different but nonetheless just as amazing, if you disagree idk how you call yourself Coldplay fans.

Some of Coldplay's stuff can get me teary-eyed almost instantly (eg. Trouble, The Scientist, Amsterdam).............that is, their sadder compositions. This one is happier and doesn't bring the tears--that is, until I hear the piano chords in the outro. Something about that part of the song just gets me every time for some reason.

Coldplay is amazing. Their new stuff is incredible and beautiful and in all honesty, better than this. But sometimes you just have to go back and feel the raw soul in Parachutes and remind yourself that this is what they're coming from, what they're trying to say.
