Good question. All agree that a QRS equal to or less than0.10 is normal and all agree that equal to and greater than 0.12 s are too long. The gray area is 0.11sec. WPW QRS's, LVH and some fusion beats fall in this 'medium wide' range.
Yes, im in the last semester on the RN program, Its going good, but this video did actually help to understand this alot better. we actually just had this in lecture, but i didnt get it the first time, thank you
