I think the error in design and the reason he's not moving smoothly is he's using the torque from the motor directly on the legs instead of the motor to power a series of hydraulics or pneumatics but it's tough to say really probably better off with a light weight high torque diesel generator running a series of electric motors seriously cool that he even got something like that put together though
