You fought Royal Guard, it looks exactly like Dawn Ruler and is less rare.

To every 1 hu is trying for this achievement, u dnt have to go to numor mines to spawn this i done this achievemrnt this morning i started the game again got to the ivory peaks for the first time and it was there you dont have to kill the royal guard to find it

I tried finding this bug and it took forever... and found Lindblum instead. I guess it's a VERY VERY rare monster?
