Not so cool dad on Thorpe Park Detonator

tbh im pretty disappointed with Thorpe parks detonator, you kinda expect better from them, its so small, want a good drop ride go to drayton manor theyres is whayyy higher and one of the ride has no floor and no seat, and it tilts you forward as you go up, plus no one ever goes in the ones with no floor and no seat so you can just keep going round and round, best ride in the park in my opinion, and if you dont like that side you can have a platform or sit :) do love thorpe park though :)

I like the bit was when you're with your daughter Sophie, and when the countdown was finished, the ride was going down fast and you were saying a naughty word. And I thought that it was quite funny. If you're on Detonator, there's no need to be scared, it's just to show the view of Thorpe Park at the top. Then it will send you back down to the ground safe and sound. This ride won't make anyone sick.

love how ur not sure when its gona drop. Its over so fast and is such a simple ride and yet so effective, i loved going on this. Im not so sure i loved little kids telling me its gona be ok and then laughing at how i almost cried every time i was on it. Im shocked at how scared or bad i was on these rides now im in my 30s lol.. its the way i now look into the safety side of it, the bolts, the rusty spots on the rides, the loose belts that hold u in lol kids dont see this stuff!
