I cant stand how sometimes, when playing off the ball on offense, the defense will like grab you and you'll get stuck bumping into him.. It happens all the time and it's extremely hard to get open off the ball.

This is one example of poor execution. Another is the general way CPU controlled players execute plays - or rather the way the often don't. Those are potential areas for improvement in 2K13, or in a dream world for a big 2k12 patch. I sure would like to be able to edit plays to see if I could get some that the CPU controlled players would execute better.

@fjccommish it is difficult to make the ai play more human like especially in play execution. It is one of those things where every year they will make some strides. The branching this year is one example of that. It can always be better. One step naturally leads to another when programming AI.

@precise40 Understood. I'm just thinking that if, for example, the path past a screen extended further the AI man with the ball might go to the basket more often, rather than stopping at the three point line.

@fjccommish Actually if you do that it presents the opposite problem where the AI can't take over to make the proper read because he is trying to finish the play. Far worse that way especially if the d doesn't allow him to get to the spot
