The groove and pocket is soo sick and Al knows it...check him out at :12-:15 secs. Percussion player in the back is real tasteful..If u listen closely, u hear his shaker, triangle hits, and tambourine hits. Alex Acuna & the bass player killed it too. LUV LUV LUV THIS SONG since it first came out. The Melody, keyboards, rhythm gtr, and arrangement is unbelievable. I'm jealous; wish I wrote it.

Al is sooo in the zone with the musicians here...the ultimate jazzer...wayy cool. Love the laid back arrangement and the bass line. Jarreau becomes another instrument, grooves with the music and leaves it all on the stage. He has performed this song countless times but it's still magic here.

1983 seemed like the best of times, nothing since has come close to Tom Canning, David Foster/ Jay Graydon II wish somebody could write songs like this again.
