The woman who plays Rosemary must have done some voice acting because I think I've heard her voice on TV before, but never seen her.

John Waters said that the role of Mrs. Ackerman would've went to Divine if he were still alive. Mary Jo Catlett sure did a good job with this role though. Awesome choice for a role meant for Divine. :-)
