  • Interesting. In my neck of the woods a pork cutlet is made from the cheek meat that is cut of the jowls or the temple meat. Must be a regional thing. Looks good though. Cant beat cast iron for cookin. Made some corn bread in a CI skillet on the woodstove last night that was the best I ever had.

  • @butcherbls Thanks I need to get a wood stove to cook with but it was 50 here today strange for sure yea I think we call loin sliced cutlets and we call a sandwich a sub but I still call soda a pop from place to place how things go keep warm.
