  • Alright thanks! And sorry about the channel, I dont really post videos ... I only have a channel for favorites and subscriptions.

  • @perriologie look for jeff mcbride too.

  • Would you ever consider doing a tutorial? I have been looking all over for how to do this but I can't find anything!!!

  • @perriologie I seem unable to go on your channel... weird... Well since I am lacking of sources and am working on some original work (this routine here is just the core of it) I do not this it is a good idea. Look for gary darwin's thimble routine (this is what started me on the subject) and Joe Mogar's work (I'm not a Mogar fan...) Anyway, this magic is not really developped today so most of the routines are kept in old books not easy to find sometimes.

  • HOW?! HOW DO YOU DO THIS?!

  • @perriologie Magic ;) But more seriously, with a hell lot of work !!

  • It looks very hard, is it?

  • @TheMagicTobbe Well, it takes practice for the sleights but they are not knuckle busters... The hard part is to make it look good with timing and hand positionning. It is a nice piece to work on ! Thanks for stopping by ;)

  • nice routine..bro.. keep it up

  • @dada45588 thanks dude ! Will do ;) this is an old video...

  • i like this video..^_^

  • crazy

  • Congratulations, very good.

Let me ask you something....are these the Joe Mogar`s thimbles?

    Thanks

  • @juanaraujo00

no this is a regular thimble, from a sewing set !

    Thanks, glad you liked ;)

  • your vanishes are very clean; I especially like the one you opened with because it gives you ready access to the object while appearing to be completely clean, and, I'm not gonna lie, I had to run the video back to catch you. I'm definitely co-opting that move...in fact, I practiced it several times before I typed this comment.

  • @EnlightenedChordate

Thanks ! this is very kind !

Very constructive comment, thanks ! usually people focus en the flash at the end... I did not even care to shoot it again. Anyway, I'll be glad to share any details if you want to learn any move from it. Also, you might like that one : youtube.com/watch?v=zXpqb2UKdlQ ;)

  • The first time I've seen this kind of manipulation, nice execution. But all decrypted ^^

  • @patryk7511 thanks for your comment and interest !

By the way, I'm sure that you know that if I wanted to keep this away from exposure I would not have filmed it... ;) I hope what you found will serve you well though !

    Best,

    Louis

  • Great stuff. Doesn't need a dreary rock roll track underneath...

  • revealing magic is like poor salt in lemonade -.-

  • @leedogustav I like very much that way of saying it =)

  • at 1:35 you can see him putting the thimble on the back of his arm.

  • @Thejoker9991 yeah thanks for noticing. on this page you can see little boys trying to look like geniuses and good magicians revealing stupid things. maybe you think I didn't think many people would see it or whatever... but you never noticed I OPENELY let people fuss around it. you got it right, wow you have eyes ! (I don't need to mention everybody does) Now please grow up.

  • @TheAmazingBoy2

are you pissed off just because I revealed that!? I can tell you how to do the whole entire video! I also do thimble magic, and if you can't take a comment that reveals one second in the video- DONT POST VIDEOS!

  • @Thejoker9991 listen kid. you really didn't get what I wrote. I don't care what you reveal, whatever you will say will be as poor and useless as a child's cheap trick, whereas this routine is not, as old as it may be. I am pissed because i'm sick of you kids who only post comments like this : there is nothing constructive in it, it only looks like if you wanna say "yeah I can do that too". maybe one day you'll learn the the "secret" really doesn't matters. then we'll talk.

  • @Thejoker9991 don't you see I didn't delete all the comments revealing parts of the method ? maybe you should pay more attention before talking. so yeah, I can take that kind of comments. I just can't stand your behaviour.

  • Well done. If you havent allready, check out Jeff McBrides "World Class Manipulation" DVD sieres.

  • well.. i got u.. i know where u hide that thimble thing during the last part of ur magic routine.. want me to tell u??? its in ur arms.. am i ryt dude??!! haha..

  • wow

  • cool

  • Very nice !!!

  • thanks man ;)

  • I've said it before, and now I'll say it again- great magic!!

  • Hi

nice performance but where u learnd these tricks?

I will do this too, can u help me please ;)

  • @freemagicstyle read comments below there are a few tips

  • you're very skilled man...good magic...

  • thanks man =)

  • Much better than Geller's feeble attempts.

  • geller ? thimbles ? or did you post your comment on the wrong video ? lol sorry I don't understand your comment

  • beautiful my friend... pure magic

  • thanks =)

  • you"re really good(Y)

  • its not Jo Hogard, but "joe mogar". curiously, I dont like his effects in thimble magic... its not the way i see it. to learn this kind of magie i only used a show of gary darwin. and then while playing along with a thimble i worked out his moves, then mine. there is not a lot of stuff out there about thimbles, i'm still looking these days.

  • I lie the last sleight. Where do you learn this from Jo Hogard? I want to get into thimble magic. I have the world class manipulation DVD Jeff McBride. My favourite is shoot Ogawa. Anyway informatiev advice will be appreciated!

  • thats great where did you learn thimble stuff

  • thanks ! well, just looking at gary darwin's thimble routine, and creating a few moves of my own. i'm looking for books on the subject these days though.

  • thank you i found a book that had thimble magic but it did not go into much detail.

  • Ha ha ha ha! 1:20 - 1:26

Makes me laugh everytime. I love this video.

  • my pleasure ;)

  • very impressive :)

  • nice1 it looks cool very professional

  • O.o I'm so confused! Good job--it's magical!

  • Wow nice job but watch out for that flash on the last vanish.

  • thank you =) yeah it took me a while to notice it...

  • Yep =}

  • Nice work, man. Congratulations!!!

  • mmmm...... look jay alacrito's Thimble Magic

  • wooooooooooooooow

im amazed i can watch that all day and be baffled

  • all day ? lol thanks

  • thats crazy! =) i like that!

  • thx =)

  • I enjoyed that immensely.

  • I'm pleased to know that ! thanks =)

  • Good presentation. Did you go to Chaves?

  • what is chaves ?

  • School of Magic

  • Awesome routine! Editing and music was good too.

  • thanks =)

  • Yup, good routine.

Nice idea to make it completely disappear at the end.

  • thank you =)

  • thanks for your comment. i am really sad about that... you know what ? bad magician using editing props are big assholes because know many good magicians are said "using editing things". fuck magic killers, and please, be more donb't become one because you think i'm cheating with editing props. how long will i need to say all this ? come on you're not stupid, you have to believe me lol =s

  • What a sad individual cra11g is. It's a shame.

The routine was great. Very well done. Idiots are always try to bring other people down to their level. Editing? Ha ha ha ha ha. That would be harder and take longer than just doing the routine. What a jerk.

  • well said ;)

  • how do you do that?! you're sooooooo great!!!

    please teach me!!

  • thanks =)

  • Great routine, and brilliant execution. Excellent music choice as well. It is obvious you practice often at your craft!

  • thanks =)

  • That was really cool bro.. Ur routine was almost flawless.. 4/5 stars :)

  • thanks =)

  • ahaha rocksensi, you are funny, you're realy think that it's possible to editing like that ? he realy uses magic techniques.

anyway great job man, you are realy good

  • thxs ;)

  • it is just video stopping and the when he puts the thimble on the other finger the screen got brighter

  • lol... there is always someone to say something like that. I use professional magic techniques, and no video editor for the moves. In a sense I should be happy : you don't think its possible, so i've done my job...

  • agreed

  • daMn you are Good !! :D

  • thank you ;)

  • what's the name of the song? sounds like radiohead. Very good job with the thimble!!!

  • radiohead it is ;) sorry i don't have the song anymore, neither the title in mind.

  • very impressive. My only suggestion is that in the beginning of your routine, you turn your shoulders more toward your audience and stop watching yourself perform. It seems like you're so mezmerized by your own talent that you don't care wether the audience pays attention or not. Even though I'm not very good with thimbles, that's one principle I've had to deal with, especially in card manipulation.

  • yeah that's an intresting point, i'll think about that. the thing is that most of my moves need this angle made by my shoulders... or if i want i can perform these with my hand down but i find it less impressive. i don't want it to look like coin magic (i love coin magic.. to be honest lol). thanks for that comment. very intresting. actually, its the way gary darwin performs these moves so without thinking i did the same.

  • when you turn your body you flash

  • oh yeah thank you for noticing that little pixel.

  • This was some of the best manipulation I have ever seen with a thimble. Smooth and effortless, this was a great demonstration. Didn't care for the music but that's OK. If you're not a professional, you should be.

  • Franchement chapeau! Les coupures sont tres discretes...ou alors la magie existe vraiment :)

  • hého je m'appelle pas criss angel moi ! lol non sérieux c'est de la manipulation, pas du montage vidéo !

  • all rite dats cool thanx for da tips cuz im tryin to get sum good magic for lil bros bday party...

  • nice job man.......i saw the thimble at 1:35 but still good.....im trainin to be a magician and i was just wonderin where u learn the good magic but if u dont tell me thats cool

  • thanks for your comment. actually, i learned with nothing but a demo of gary darwin without explanations. from that day on, i invent my own techniques. but if you want to learn with some tapes, look for gary darwin, jeff mcbride, and shoot ogawa. i think those are the best ones, but i haven't checked their thimble manipulation explanations. ;)
