I think this footage was before the tideborn class came out and he somehow got thriugh the invisible wall blocking all unfinished areas of the map, like theres a blocked area that i vouldnt go through whilst flying to tideborn starter area on my elf along time ago, and i think thats were the new race (earthguard) is going to be

Yeah it's 100% free to play. There are some items that needs real money to be purchased but they aren't necessary, really. You can play as long as you want, without having to spend any real money.

reach lv 30 and u get a quest for ur race in order to get a mount

There are a few ways:

1 - Buy boutique mounts from other players.

2 - Doing the Dragon Quest and collecting the Orders. I never done 'em so i can't give anymore info.. search the PWI forums.. Also, it would take MONTHS to save up for one xD ..

3 - I think the Pet Manager or something like that is selling horses for 1 or 2mil. But they're pretty slow lol(8m/s; boutique mounts can go up to 11m/s)

3 - Archosaur Elder has a quest at level 30 that rewards you with an air mount.(speed 0.50m/s).

Perfect World Rising Tide is not expected in Beijing until January. Which means it could be February before Perfect World International gets it.

Also, Perfect World2 is being developed. No release date yet.
