  • the intro music is too loud..

  • looks delicious and taste delicious :D

  • If the Paleo diet is about hunting and gathering like our "ancestors" did, why do you have all processed foods there mate?!

  • Sounds great, will definitely try it. Thanks!

  • i like the way how u talk .. its soo sweet

  • This looks awesome...think I can add mushrooms?

  • @22biostar what kind of question is this? You want to know if you can add healthy veggies to the fattening, puss filled, hormone laden dairy ?!

  • awesome captain america tshirt

  • @leanbodylifestyle No, it also contains soy lecithin, dimethyl silicone, and propellant. These chemicals form a chemical bond with non stick surfaces (such as teflon) and will eventually destroy the pan. If you truly want 100% olive oil, pour some in a mister (available on amazon) and spray away. Your recipe looks great though.

  • The only thing I would recommend. If you are using a non stick pan do NOT spray the pan with PAM or any of the other cooking sprays out there. The components in those sprays forms a chemical bond with the non stick coating. I recommend buying a mister and making your own spray with nothing but oil...cheaper and no chemicals

  • FAN-TABUlous ... I just made this ... put my own spin like you suggested ... 2 chopped grn olives; chopped onion slice; low fat cheddar (Bcuz I had no mozzarella), oregano, a pinch of ground fennel!! THANK YOU ... I can have pizza again .... well, at least this form!!!! FYI: for all those who are a bit on the slow side like myself, when cooking, use a medium-low flame; then low when adding toppings. Great job Michael! U r AMZAING.

  • Sounds like another hit with me. I LOVE pizza and I cannot have it due to huge sodium/fat levels. This will be such a perfect alternate to my Oatmeal. Regular scrambled eggs is boring to me. Love it; love ur recipes. Will visit your website and check it out.. Keep up the fantastic job you are doing.

  • Genius idea!

  • Sounds like I might give it a try!

  • This is really creative and I would imagine it wouldn't taste too bad. Thansk for sharing, I'll have to try this one.

  • that is so creative. great job! :)

  • You forgot some green stuff like parsley, ... or tomatoes, chilli, etc.

well, toppings for everyone his liking!

    Thanks for the how-to.

  • if i can't get mozzarella cheese, what kind of cheese can i use to have the same nutritional benefits?

  • your my fucking hero man honestly...fucking body building lean bodies FTW!

  • it looks like you have a really nice kitchen

  • Where did you buy that non stick pan? Any store or brand you can give us???

  • @SMARAGH20 - You can get it at any grocery store. That one is called Pam and it's made with olive oil.

  • @leanbodylifestyle lol, no not pam, I mean the pan or skillet that you used (are using) in this video. I like it and it looks like a really good quality non-stick pan/skillet.

  • Great Idea! Thanks for all of your videos. Your channel and TwinMuscleWorkout are the best channels on YouTube. Appreciate all of the help!

  • thanks for the recipe!

  • sign up for a cooking channel on tv. even if it's local, you might have better results compared to the tube

  • Great recipe. It really helps that you use "great value" Walmart products; they are inexpensive and easy to find.

  • you should have your own food channel or something lol you're good

  • This is a great idea...keep them coming!

  • Finally, a healthy pizza to eat without guilt! Thank you Michael.

  • Hey any chance you can mention how many actual eggs are used for the people who dont have access to egg whites such as myself?

  • Pizza aint pizza without alotta fat and calories :(

  • @MrGreenOwl True, but you aint lean with alotta fat and calories :)

  • Idk bout this one Michael......

  • add some sliced chicken breast =O

  • In order to prevent the gag reflex I get from eating eggs, I'm going to mix in some garlic and onion into my egg whites. a little salt and pepper to taste. and if I still puke I guess I'm going to have to add butter instead of PAM.

  • @QBALL85

Why would you eat something you don't enjoy eating?

  • @MrStonewars Believe me, I'll enjoy it lol. But its going to have some bad stuff in it for flavor.

  • There is no way in hell this can taste anyway near a regular pizza :D

  • @MjmanDK

Ofc it's not like a regular pizza, but I tried making it like 40mins ago, and it tastes surprisingly great! Give it a try, it's a nice meal! :-)

  • @Simplimax - Whoa, someone that actually tried it before leaving a negative comment. Thanks!

  • @leanbodylifestyle

No, thank you for the idea! And the timing was perfect: I was just thinking about what to make for breakfast while my daily YouTube videos were loading - and ta-dam: there was a perfect idea right there! 15 minutes later, I was already treating myself with this nice breakfast! :-)

  • Awesome would have never thought of eating pizza like that in the morning.. your the best love your vids.

  • what do you look like?

  • Great idea!

  • Or... you could do carb backloading like I do and be able to eat real pizza (dominos, pizza hut, etc.) and still stay lean and get stronger/bigger. Just sayin

  • NEVER MIX EGGS WITH GARLIC. UGHH.

  • Ok this is just genius! Got me a nice 6th meal at 10:00 thanks bro!

  • Creative! Although anything beyond whole grain flour for pizza crust is not really pizza imo. I rather enjoy a slice on Sunday, my pig out day.

  • @bustfer07 Yea I thought the same thing! LOL

  • @TheTraumaFactor what are you talking about? sounds interesting though

  • @bustfer07 i thought the same lol

  • how is it possible to have 41g of proteins??!!!!

  • @XDevilChick666X Egg whites have tons of protein

  • @paramvir6 true!! but as far as i know, each egg white has around 3-4g of protein...is it possible that a cup of egg whites is equivalent to 10 egg whites?!! nyways thats jst a great way to keep up the protein intake

    thaanx alot Micheal

  • How do you define omelette mate?

  • WIN

  • yummy!

  • NOOOOOOOO

  • Please give the video a like if you enjoy. I always appreciate it. Enjoy!

    ---

    This entire recipe has:

    300 calories

    8g fat

    41g protein

    11g carbs

  • @leanbodylifestyle Not saying you're making your figures up, but i honestly can't see where the 41g of protein has come from. Yes, you've got your eggs, but even with the little bit of protein in the cheese 41g seems a really high number

  • @trimmytrish A whole egg is what? 6-7 grams of protein and egg whites are like 5 grams per like 2 tsp or tbsp, and that's a good size pan, then 2 servings of cheese would be another 14-16. It seems about right to me.

  • @trimmytrish a cup of egg whites is roughly 25g of protien. A large egg is 6g. the 4 tbs of tomato paste is 2g. then the cheese is probably somewhere between 4-8g of protien. Add that all together and thats around 37-41g of protien. this was just looked up on the internet so it depends on the brands you use.

  • @leanbodylifestyle Thank you for this video, your foods look great and I will be trying them all!
