Well, you nedd some time and at least Windows Movie Maker (it's easy to use), then you need episodes (download them), you cut them, mix them together, add music and youre done :)

If you have Windows XP you should have a Windows Movie Maker (included). Sony Vegas isn't free, so if you wanna use it you have to pay for it. I use mp3 wich I have on my PC, you can download them from a lot of websites. If you wanna know how to use WMM try to find some tutorial on YT, but it is really easy program to use, so you shouldn't have any problem with it :) Good luck!
