You need Mr and Mrs Chau for the Achievement since they both count as support. You don't need to use them on every character though, just at least one.

you dont have to unlock him with all FIVE characters. as long as you get him with at least one, you'll be fine (i know this because ive only seen him with my scott file).

you do have to unlock negascott though, so you'll still have to beat the game at 4 times.
