OMG, why do all people buy synthesizer....The accoustic piano is so better.....It has a natural sound. For the moonlight-the most beautiful composition i have ever heard....
@amrabas2007 You can play it in a 76, when im not at school i play it in my 64 transposed one octave lower but i miss one note (2:59) but in a 76 you have all the base you need (#F1) so you dont have to transpose and you have the #D7 that is the higher note
@superappletree23 ummm... u just should have a pedal connected and there it is on the floor? No need to activate a thing? U talking bout sustain or control pedal?
very nice playing. may i know did you record the grand piano using software (cakewalk/protools) or just the VST standalone? how can i record the sound produced by a VST in the PC? thanks! i'm trying to connect my keyboard to trigger the galaxy grand but when i pressed the sustain pedal for too long then some notes are muted. i don't know what's wrong with that...
btw i like the way you present this video as i can watch and learn your fingering. mine isn't that good...
Use Chainer, it's a VST host where you can record your performances just clicking in the menu of the program. BTW! Good performance of the Moonlight Sonata = )
im using a pc programme called 'propellerhead reason' and ive got a piano sample expansion for it. that's where i have this steinway d grand sample :). but its up to u which program u use, there are other programs for the same purpose as well :D
well, i mostly use it as a midi controller cuz then i can change many values and stuff that affect the sound. i wanna get the best possible piano sound for every song i play. so i can decide how my playing sounds like :D. i kinda like the basic kurzw. grand piano sound, but in my oppinion it just doesnt fit every song. you should try the sp2x :). people either like or hate it. I chose it cuz it didnt cost that much and in my oppinion the touch felt great.
actually i might have played a kawai somewhere. Maybe in a music store or in the studio of my uncle :P. But i'm not sure ^^'. That mp9500 looks kinda "massive" but i think its a rly good stage piano :). Im gonna buy an another stage piano, a more expensive one with many, many functions. But thats gonna happen once i have a job and "too much" money :P. Atm im looking for a good stage piano amp. Do you know any good models ^_^?
eheh no i'm sorry, i've never used a stage piano amp... actually i have a casio cdp100 that has 2 built in speakers. I have a synth too, but i play it with a Street audio monitor.. it sounds good, but maybe it needs a subwoofer :)
thanks for sharing!
