I'm not defending her, but in this day and age, the vast majority of mainstream music does, indeed, suck cock -- especially now that the White Stripes and Red Hot Chili Peppers are both done with as we know them. In 1970, though, I'd really fucking agree. The mainstream is too manipulated nowadays, so it's not like a band that's new and interesting even gets a real chance at mainstream success.
