With WLM 2011 by default when Live Mail detects photos it converts the email to what Microsoft calls a "photo email" and the pictures are no longer embedded in the email. You can turn this off by going to File | Options | Compose (tab). Uncheck "Convert messages to photo emails ...".
Paste into a Word doc, then copy to email on your computer. Send that email to your online email account and then you can copy and paste into another online email.
Don't forget that you have to have a 'tail,' during all of this.

thx :) but I'm still unable to copy the photo. it doesn't highlight when I try to copy it!
