I think this is messed up. I don't condone what she did but i kind of understand and im glad now the whole story is out. The truth is she just snapped and she will probably NEVER teach again. Im sure ALOT of teachers wish they could have done what she did at some point in their careers.

That woman shows NO remorse, & when that kid is cowering in a corner she should have stopped. He gave up at that point. Not one time did he fight. He was just screaming terrified. And what teacher takes on an "intimidation stance". If the kid just threated to strike her he`d be in juvenile hall yet she beat that kid up and no criminal charges are filed. What sort of protection do kids have?

OMG! That lawyer is sick. According to her, that was not a child in danger. Man, if I was the lawyer for the plaintiff (the beaten child) I would very much want a jury to hear this lawyer's words from this interview. Talk about disengenuous, I mean there's defending your client and there is crossing the line, and she has crossed the line here, imo. Pathetic. Both of them. Regardless of whether the kid is a jerk or not, this was a violent attack for which she should face CRIMINAL charges.
