@dukeuke1 Are you in Arizona? Because it's up near the Forest Lakes area in Arizona. I can give you a little more information if you're interested. Mostly just stuff that we've been told about the horses over the past few years.

Where is this? I live in Arizona and this would be soo cool to see

This is up on the rim in the White Mountains. Unfortunately, we only saw one lone horse up there the times we went up this summer. We don't know what happened to the rest. Maybe they were rounded up as had happened in the past. Or maybe they just moved to a different area on their own. I sure miss seeing that buckskin and his little family though. I hope they're ok.

yea i have friends whom have cabins in the white mountains. i will have to ride around and see some time

Where these horses were is just up a little ways from the Forest Lakes area. There's a forest service road that goes back into some camping areas.
