@OnlyMunroe Whether he is free pouring or not, he is still taking the time to at least try to make his drinks attractive. It's still better than no latte art at all, and for some people free pouring is just really difficult. The customer will still like the appearance of the beverage, even if he doesn't have the skill to free pour (yet). Cut the guy a break :/

it depends on ratio between coffee and milk....if there is half or more of the

cup filled with coffee and than just "dash" of milk its espresso.....otherwise its

cappuccino= on bottom of cup is just little of the coffee and rest of cup is filled

with milk......for this art is used always latte or cappuccino 'cuz they have a lot

of milk=froth to hold the decoration :)
