  • who says that's not a full range of motion... r u kidding?... especially with one leg

  • i dont see the benefit from training one leg at a time

    why not double the weight and train both at the same time

  • it's great in case of strength imbalances. Take soccer players for instance who might have a stronger leg. This exercise is great to make sure both legs are pressing as much.

When U go lower than he did U will automatically lift ur lower back and risk injuries , so good job man , keep it real and don't mind the dumb shits around here
