WinxownZ, you complete quest line and you become god of madness. You then talk to Haskill and he tells what places is under attack. You can then choose to send guards there to help you or go solo. Then, after that you get a tribute handed to you by Haskill. 500 if you choosed to send guards. 1000 if you cleared them alone. And watching the gatekeeper own down adventurers is fun, hehe.

sheogorath turns into juggalag then you fight him and lots of gaurds outside of the castle and then he lets you become a madgod =) its awesome
