Second of all it is road legal only when tested by the lisence department that it has brakelights, signal lights and headlights and obv it goes more than 100kmph so it's good it also needs to have a fuel gage a rpm gage and the driver may need to get a m1 license

Fuck that thing goes man, Just one problem though i would of extended the pipe to the expansion bottle just a bit so that i could put it round the back of the air filter housing just to be on the safe side.I mean if that expansion bottle was over filled by accident then that bottle would either burst or hiss scolding fucking hot water down you, or even if the pressure built up in the bottle from the engine overheating that can be fatal.

have u ever tested it on a dyno, i would of thought an r1 engine would have a bit more than 150hp.

@wighty654 You don't need much more than that. 150 crank is what they are factory rated at. Dyno is probably around 130. Dyno numbers are going to be lower than factory obviously because of drivetrain loss and load if you are doing it properly. Our GSX 750 put down 108 on a loaded dyno, and picked up about 8 on the tune but was smoothed out very nicely. Dyno numbers don't mean anything, they are just a good tool to use for controlled tuning.
