@NLmitchieNL you need to play with the very tip of your fingers where the bone is. Not on the soft part of the end of your finger. Position your fingers in the shape of a "C". Hope that helps if you haven't figured it out already.

hey guys, i have been playing acoustic guitar for an year now....not that good. I want to buy a electric guitar now...dunno much about it. After a lot of research i've come down to six...which are cheap but good for beginners. I wud mostly play hard rock, alternative rock and maybe a bit of metal.
