If they played nothing but Black Metal they would sound repetitive. Besides, what matters is their lyrics. They're they best lyrics by any band ever. I mean, their lyrics were quite lacking in Nymphetamine and Thornography, lacking pretty badly. But they've picked up the lyrical power they once had. I'm pleased with a lot of the band's lyrical work overall. My favourite lyrics by anyone.

@falsehope444444 ? I say at 2000 or at 2004 they stopped. You can't just tell which band is black metal by the vocal style. There's even the Anorexia Nervosa vocalist , who does screamo vocals. So, not every black metal band must sound the same. Black metal ist krieg is an awesome song, but cradle of filth still had many black metal characteristics. It was not until they made Nymphetamine to fuck up their music, but that's just my opinion.

Im 14, found out about this band last year... but na I like more of all of those bands old stuff. New stuff is kinda, well kinda like pop. Pop sucks imo(In my opinion). I like the old cradle of filth shit. I do like nymphetamine though, I also like/love Bathory Aria, I think its one of their top 10 songs. Fav song is that one from Goetia.
