  • you get a clear picture of how to build it.

    very good vid

  • grate minds think alike.... or is it... fools seldom differ......LOL...

    thom.

  • by the way, in the hours my unit has been running i could have gone from Bo'ness scotland to Newcastle in england and back {twice} so 57C/ is not a bad result.....email me i will help you with cells....

    thom in scotland.

  • i agree with those who say cells get hotter with running, but i want to ask you .... i have my new cell running now, since 08:45 this morning its 17:45 now, its running at 57C/ started at 22C, you have the same 25 plate cell, mines is 21, 3 neg/ 3 poss/ 3 nutral spaces, but you have 25, one extra bank, is extra bank a poss/ or/ neg plate,

you need to get a messuring unit.

    i will contact you again.

    nice videos guy.

    thom in scotland.

let me know what that extra plate is please....lol...

  • the longer a cell runs, the hotter it gets and therefore the more gas it produces, but it also uses more amperage. this can be a HUGE problem as it multiplies at a REALLY fast rate!(think meltdown,it winds up putting a huge draw on your alternator really quick)you have to find a working medium.using SCH40 pvc

and plumbing the electricity in through the bottom is a good idea as well.if anything heats up too quickly the electrolyte will keep the power input cooled down. top loaders like to explode!

  • I've been running HHO in my 93 4.3L S10 pick-up

for about 18 months, and i can tell you that there are way too many variables to count when building a cell.stainless wall plates are the most economical for the application and using at least one neutral in between each charged plate makes a world of difference!water is the base electrolyte.any thing added is just a booster. i use distilled water and sodium hydroxide(lye) and get about 4 more MPG.until ethanol started being used, then ilost4 MPG

  • What did you use for spacers and how thick? I am currently stuck on what to use for spacers, I tried washers but the ends touch once I tighten everything up. I'm sure you're busy but please take a minute to respond, thank you we really appreciate it.L

  • On the 25 and 8 plate cell how thick are the plates, spacing, measurement of plates.thanks great work.

  • OOoooo, hope you stay away from glass containers with lids on ... very dangerous if there ever is an explosion.

Great vids by the way. Very well done. On the 8 and 25 plate cells, I'm wondering if you could perform another test: Time v. Temp raised which might give you an indication of power loss due to heat.

  • 8 plate has lots of gas production, but another good experiment might be to find out how fast the water heats up in comparison with the lower production/ lower wattage cells.

  • Great video, it would be nice to know the water temp, and gas out put, and amps on all of them next time. Good work though, you beat me to it!

  • O.K....I get it! Awesome work!

  • That is excellent work my friend! WOW!

  • On the 25 plate cell how thick are the plates, spacing, measurement of plates.thanks great work.

  • in the 25 plate cell what was the spacing thanks

  • hoooooooly shit. you have the most efficient sell ive seen on the tube. can you measure the gas output. how many liters per minute

  • Good product but.

You already made a series cell in one (25 plate with neutral).

A lot a HHO but you canot connect 7 cell like this in series. Good luck.

  • you need a bubbler, especially if you're going to use a glass container for a generator or else it will make a nice frag grenade if you have a backfire.

  • Would you explain in detail the construction of your 25 plate cell it seems to run verry effeciently at low amperage.

  • Excellent videos. In your opinion what is the most effecient/productive method of making HHO for automotive purposes, plates, tube within a tube, coiled strips of metal, wire coils etc.?

  • Great Work!!!

  • Thanks for these great videos, I learned alot from them. This info will save me and other HHO expermenters lots of time and money. God Bless You!

  • great cells. i like the most the one with wall plates (with neutrals). i think you should make a measurement for LPM and show us what is your production for that amperage. keep up the good work.
