I've noticed the first thing you mentioned. I'd be near the end of a jog/walk and feeling really tired and like I was crumbling to the ground. Then I stopped to realize that I'm putting a lot of energy into being tired and crumbling to the ground. I loosened up, breathed and continued on feeling very light and as if I were walking with very little effort. That was an amazing revalation
this is awsome.i have arthritis.an recently i made up a whole system to eliminate eccess effort.it works.how sycronistic i found you soeaking on this.the body is stonger than we think.i used to put crazy presure just to open the milk bottle.everyone listen to this guy.srees makes us weak.thats fight or flight mode.the body stops growing during fight or flight.i just remeber i have feet.i sit too much
spending 5-10 minutes a day doing mindful meditation really helped me... after doing it for a while, you really begin to ground yourself in your breath, heart beat, in the moment... and you'll start to discover muscle tensions in your body that you never knew you had in your shoulders, hands, neck, jaw, and even in your facial muscles, eyes, and breathing. Once you become aware of tensions, you can be more empowered to deal with what's causing them and to relax them, giving you more energy.
It's funny as soon as I clicked on your video my first thought was damn Brandon looks good!:) Then I looked at the comments and everyone's saying the same thing. (You really do, you know:) -Skye
Hey Brandon, you look very well rested and awake , good job. Take care of yourself. I know I sound like your Mom, but we healers have to take care of ourselves too. Have a great day and keep up all the great info. Cheers from New York , M
Funny thing, I just came to this realization myself today... I was at work, and, admittedly acting more like the hare instead of the tortoise, if you know what I mean. I was wondering why I'd crash in the middle of the 8 hours I was there, but then I got a somewhat of second win after I slowed down for a while (usually). It another one of the ways we burn up our jing too! Gotta be aware... thanks again man.
i subed your really good

Maybe the only moment we can't save much energy is when having sex. Just kidding.
