  • no, the pollution is absolutely due to buses, taxis and juggernaut lorries.

    Cars are minimal damage.

I'm from london and commute by bike. Trucks and public transport let out MASSIVE plumes of acrid black smoke. It's awful.

Seems to me everyone is due their 'congestion charge' money for all those years.

Public have had to pay and the pollititicans and Boris Johnson failed and have not done their side of the deal and improved public transport emmisions.

Its the buses, black cabs and trucks.

  • modest mouse!

  • No over here in London. Maybe get to one in the states one day though :)

  • wtf NO BOOBS!

  • Interesting. 'individuality' .. So riding a bus with everyone is individual. This is just a way show off. You are riding on a road that would not be there if it were not for cars paying for it. If all cars went away, the roads would fall apart and there would be no place to ride bikes. Oh, and no one would be able to deliver you bikes or food, or anything without oil. Could we do better, maybe, but current life would stop without oil. If you want to stop oil usage, create a valid Alternative.

  • It's more pointless, on-effect hippie junk. Ride the bus (I do everyday), use motor scooters (they use very little gas/petrol and work within the system). In the ideal system, we walk most of the way. Bikes can be cool, but lots of times (and I hate to say it) they are just a nuisance. I mean, if bikes, why not skateboards?

  • Because when compared to bicycles skateboards require a lot more energy to travel the same amount of distance.

  • @bfrance2002 wtf?

  • Hello there have been sending you video of low tide bike ride in brighton UK, this is the last one, as I have been re-editing..

the last one this the only one available on youtube...

  • lol...what's the meaning of this ?

    i really can't understand...

  • This was my first WNBR, it was incredible. Thanks for all your work making the documentary!

  • hmm nude bikers realy makes me consider global warming as a serious problem. -eye roll- how about live goat banging as a form of protest... i think that would realy get people to notice.

  • uhhh, what are you talking about???

  • that's such an idiotic statement to make. We do not advocate sex in public as a means of protest. Get with the progamme!

  • I find the idea great too, but it was concieved in Zaragoza (Spain),where it was done for 3 years locally, until in 2004 it grew to a world call.

  • absolutely a great idea

  • anyone doing the Edinburgh ride?

  • Don't forget that this year's world naked bike ride takles place in the UK on June 9th (London and Brighton) and June 8th (Southampton, York and Manchester)

  • very informative and healthy portrayal of our world and body image
