I really enjoyed watching your video about cranberry chutney. There were other cranberry chutney recipes but yours was the best and more Indian.
This brings back so many memories of my childhood.
Now so many years later my friend and I go to an Indian restaurant here in Arizona and they have a mint chutney which I enjoy using as a dip, but I wanted something different using cranberries.
wowwwwwwwwwwww

You did it, chef!!
When I came in USA in late 60's, Indidan restaurant used to served this churtney, because tamarind wasn't available than.
Yes, I have been looking for this chutney for almost 1/4 of the century.
What else...
But...
Thank you, Sanjay.

The taste of Cranberries is similar to Amla
You can also make Pickles out of it.
For Pickles cut the cranberries in half & deseed them.
Dry roast fenugreek seeds & turmeric, grind them to fine powder..
In a kadai add sesame oil, Splutter mustard, cumin seeds & Asafoetida Add the cranberries, chilli powder, salt & half tsp powdered fenugreek powder.
Cook this on a low flame stirring occasionally till the cranberries are tender.
This has got a long shelf life.
