  • Olé!!!!!!

  • @Laloguadarrama Gracias!

  • i really love watching your cover sir, its really awesome,

  • @ericvillanueva60 Thanks, appreciate you watching. Be sure to subscribe if you like the videos. Thanks

  • @ericvillanueva60 I heard your version, and well played. I like what you did with it, especially one of the solo sections.

  • This a great cover, seriously well done. Im about to play this on Sunday for my university music audition on bass... seeing as i can't get together with the accompanists to practice i've been using this as a play along. Good stuff!

  • @DonatRC Wow, thanks, now that's what I like to hear- that my videos serve as tutorials to other musicians like yourself. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your comment. Thanks again and good going with your performance of this classic composition, and if you ever get a video recording of it please let me know.

  • that's nice :)

but i hope that this song is actually a samba!

  • @misdabeba in the solo sections it's a samba, the ensemble passage is funk, the interlude is a 1/2 time groove. If you're looking for samba check out the music of Brazil.

  • great cover

  • @macadmin123 Danke!

  • To the video response of Maru Maia:

    聞いてくれてありがとう。感謝します。/それは有り難い。

  • kind of a funky/rock feel to it...definitely works! If it were me, I would put a little more spanish sounding beat to it (latin beat)...but this definitely works. Great job!

  • @dabelgianfish Thanks for listening & critique. Perhaps you can post a video w/the Latin beat.

  • Nice interpretation! great job... :)

  • @djdark22 thank you for listening and your kind words.

  • great playing man, where did you get the book and backing track?

  • @greatdrums thanks much. It's from the album Spain with Michel Camilo & Tomatito. It's just those two-no rhythm section so it's drumless. There wasn't a book with it. thanks for listening.

  • @greatdrums I didn't use a chart. That's a drum set study text. The track is from a Michele Camillo CD titled: Spain. It's just him and a guitarist so it's drumless.

  • thanks Hawk, you are very kind. I appreciate and am encouraged by your feedback. Hopefully we'll be playing more together.

  • BTW,Thx for uploading this to the V-Group It perfect!

  • I recently read the conditions for the V-Group that it should contain only one's own drumming and no one else's. The first one I posted, Next 5 Minutes, I played over the original drumming, sorry about. This one is just me.

  • Very impressive !!! my fav parts are the ride, snare jaz grooves ! very well played. keep'em coming.....

  • No it doesn't have drums. thanks for listening.

  • does this song originally have drums?

    this sounds nice
