it's illegal to detain chimpanzees! - to get one from the forest 10 others are killed! buying an ape means you slaughtered a whole group. Is that what you want? the chimps of our sanctuary have all been confiscated by DRC authorities from people using these creatures as pets. Once they reach 10 years old, they can kill you. Isn't the story of Travis in the US an example of what damage and harm these animals can cause?? I would arrest any person buying a Great Ape!
