  • oh yes!!!

  • Love Huey!

  • Amazing, thanks for uploading.

  • Wow !!! I know this song since many years, but now I heard the live version for the first time. It sounds as powerful as the studio version does. It is one of my all-time favourite songs. It amazes me so much.

  • A shame most stuff from HARD AT PLAY never gets performed live anymore. It's my favorite HLN album. They did play "Couple Days Off" and "Best of Me" when I saw them in 2007, and it was a wonderful surprise.

  • Like Eric Clapton - Leila :)))

  • One of my fav HL songs

  • Always dug this song.I was a little bit upset they didn't put it on their recent greastest hits cd being that the cd Hard At Play that this was on is out of print and you can't get this song anywhere. They put Couple Days Off on there instead.I still like this one better and it should have been included on their greatest hits cd.This song sounds amazing live too.

  • woh yeah....huey + mutt lange = my kind of music

  • @isaiahwisdom How fitting! Lange write their first Billboard top 40 hit. And 11 years later! He co-wrote this after he finished co-writing and co-producing Bryan Adams' Everything I Do I Do It for You!

  • I first heard this song in of all places...Mcdonalds. It instantly became one of my favorites. I had to track it down on YouTube.

  • Huey and the boys sound as good or better live then the do on their albums!

  • WOW!!This really sounds amazing live.Nicely done.Sounds just like the album version. The one thing I always admired about these guys is how amazing they sound live. The vocals are really amazing live.I wonder why they don't play this and Couple Days Off live anymore. They were hits that charted.I think once in awhile they play Couple Days Off live, but it's rare to hear that one live.

  • HLN...My favorite band ever, a group of serious pro musicians with a solid musical background. They can play, sing and enjoy themselves and the audience in a natural way. There's so much heart in their music, and they're great with their instruments and vocals. Simply perfetct. Thanks forever, Huey Lewis and The News. A fan from Venice, Italy

  • I saw these guys this summer at our county fair in July. No admission charge, how cool is that? Let me tell you Huey and the boys can still bring it!!!!

  • MAGICCCCCCCCCCCC.....

  • Hey Adamweishaup81, If it's not too much trouble could you please upload the rest of this concert? I'm a huge HL&N fan & have been dying to see these guys perform the songs from the "Hard At Play" tour which is my fav album of theirs. Thank's for the clips so far.

  • saw these guys several times great live band plenty of hits they belong in the hall of fame

  • Huey and the news do belong in the rock and roll hall of fame, they're GREAT! Saw them twice, once in 91 and once in 2008, they were absolutely great both times!

  • Great group in concert. I saw them in 87 and they rocked!

  • These guys owned the 80's

  • He looks little like Eddie van Halen.

  • áááááá:))Huey ist am besten!:)

  • What a great great tune that is, and an outstanding performance of it...

  • these guys were great live should be in the hall of fame

  • I somehow went thru the '80's without realizing how hunky this guy was.

  • This concert has been released on DVD - "Huey Lewis at Rockpalast", which also featured the 1991 gig at the E-Werk in Cologne.

  • Why are these guys not in the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame? A travesty... I guess all the #1 songs, countless top 40 hits and millions of albums fans bought count for nothing... I guess the guys in Cleveland are just that much smarter than everyone else. What a joke.

  • They've only been eligible for four years. And, given that the nominations seem to be partly based on drawing power, rather than focusing on contributions to the development of rock and roll, there's some question of how fair the system is.

I do agree, they should have a place in the Hall of Fame sooner rather than later.

  • problem is you can't induct everyone. i have this argument about cheap trick all the time, they have 16 studio lp's, have the same lineup as they did on their first lp, are constantly brought up as a musical influence...maybe they get looked upon as lightweight, huey that is, since they were big for a few years and sort of faded into being more of a touring act...but hey i dig em....just an observation.

  • @HitMeBartender These guys are incredible but how the heck is a band like KISS not in the Hall of Fame?? And ABBA is??

  • @HitMeBartender 18 songs in the top 40's, including 3 number 1's

  • Fantastic, still the greatest "Bar Band" in the world!

  • It makes me sad to hear this. I'm reminded of the 80's when great songwriting meant something!

  • Yes, and being signed to a Record Label meant something.

  • Excellent! Haven't heard this deep cut in ages! Great band, can't get enough of this!

  • very good sound..these guys are the best

  • Thanks so much! One of my all-time favorites.

  • Hope you liked it.
