Hazama didn't "possess" Jin. He didn't need to anyway. Every now and then, he'd eat up his memories to make sure he continue to do what Hazama wants him to do.

Yeah,i personally like him much better than both combined.Relius clover is a super badass too(he doesn't get much screen time, but his strength's easily about terumi-level),but he's not related to aizen or gin in any way.The reason i'm making that cheesy bleach reference is because it was through bleach that i knew terumi.The first time i saw hazama i was like"Hey gin,wassup man?",but then he swept back his hair and started trolling, and i went "Omfg he turned into aizen"
