  • whaha old man

  • Maxwell is a boss, go to his website if you want to learn more about kettle bells; he has a lot of great blogs/articles/interviews.

  • what exercise can you do with a kettle bell that you cant with a dumbbell?

  • @QofLife69 Exactly! :)

  • @QofLife69 you have obviously never used a kettlebell or you wouldnt be asking that question lol.

  • @xamot11 no shit... that's why im asking. I wanna know if there are benefits to using them.

  • @QofLife69 Because of the center of mass on a kettlebell "swings", micro-muscle fibers are recruited to balance the kettlebell, recruiting more stabilizing musculature than would a dumbbell. A kettlebell workout is claimed to be more effective, and yields better results in less time. Iv used both and well dumbbells made my arms look good, the kettlebell has mad me much more stronger.... thats the only real difference Iv seen. but you can basically do the same things with both.

  • @twan5201986 what a fantastic answer. I understand the difference a little better now. I'm more convinced to try them out. thanks a lot for the great reply.
