  • how long did it take you

  • what size ball are u using in this vid?

  • @BassPlayerRene9

The balls I use here have a diameter of 45 mm (about 1.77 inches)

  • Hey man i would like to know since you been using the balls what are some of the benefits you have gain during your experience...

  • @SoulAmvRE

Increased strength to hands and arms

    Increased dexterity to hands

And perhaps stress relief... but this is more beneficial to my partner then me. Because when there are a couple of baoding balls around I can use I can actually sit still ;-)

  • I dont know which ones are better, the metal ones or the ones I received as a gift and are made up of black marble?

  • @althrouve007

Everyone has their preference I guess. I like both but with the amount of time I use them I tend to go through the marble ones pretty quick. The surface gets rough and damaged more/faster then the metal ones.

  • @watercoloreddreams

On the web there are some stores that offer a range from 25 mm to 73 mm. 25 mm is about half of the size I am using in this movie and perhaps will be good for you? When starting to use them you can also take half the width of your palm for the diameter of the spheres to use.

  • id like to get into this what size ball r u using in the vid

  • @craiggy13x

Hi there, these are 45 mm (1,77 inch) balls. As a guideline you should get balls that are about half the width of your palm. I have found those to be most convenient for practicing at first.

  • @T3chl3ss thanx i'v gonna with 40mm ball picking them up 2moz

lol if i get as good as u i will do a vid

nice videos keep it up and thanks

  • i dropped mine a few times on hard cement ground. is it still ok? it didnt braek or crack or anything

  • Thank you for your question. Dropping them on cement should not be a problem for Baoding Balls although I would not recommend it usually they will survive without to much damage.

Only if the cement has a very rough surface this could potentially make grooves in the ball. But that is only a problem if you can actually feel it (and it annoys you). I would get a new set if that would be the case.

  • oh thnx ;] it dosent have any grooves or anything its pretty good. i really like ur videos btw ;] thnx for tips Keep Up the good work

  • How do I know if the balls are too big?

  • Thank you for your question. I get questions about the size frequently and I am afraid there is no easy answer.

Basicly half the size of your palm width is a good guideline. If a certain ball size and weight cause strain/stress and this feeling does not go away after five minutes or so I would advise trying smaller and/or lighter balls. After some (weeks of) practise with these you should go back to try the bigger/havier balls.

    I hope this helps.

  • can they touch my thumb?

  • Yes they can. It is really no problem. However it can be a challenge to try to not have them touch your thumb.

  • Whaha! Cool, de eerste video die ik opzoek hierover is gewoon van n nederlandse dude!

Bij t eerste filmpje hoorde ik je stem nog niet,

    dus ik ga zo naar de volgende en ik hoor n ernstig bekend accentje! (;

  • Thnx! ^^

  • im using two pool balls, they are too big though but they work.

  • Excellent idea, cheers!

  • my hands are like ultra small is it okay if i use my thumb cause without it one always falls of (even when their still)

  • Ow, yes that would be no problem at all. Even better would be though if you want to practice just this movement to get smaller balls.

What size would be good is something you'll have to try for yourself but you should be able to hold them with just your fingers.

    Good luck!

  • What is it good for? Ive got them too but i dont know for what?

  • for fun and they help your hand dexterity

  • thanks.

  • You're welcome, I plan to bring more in the future.
